Cancelation & Refund Policy

At M3Mfair Yoga, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. That’s why we’ve developed a cancellation and refund policy that aims to support our practitioners while also maintaining the integrity of our studio operations. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Class Bookings: If you need to cancel your booking for a yoga class, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us to offer your spot to another practitioner and helps us maintain class sizes conducive to a meaningful practice experience.

  2. Private Sessions: For private yoga sessions, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. This ensures that our instructors can adjust their schedules accordingly and allocate their time effectively.

Refund Policy:

  1. Class Packages & Memberships: Refunds for unused portions of class packages or memberships are generally not provided. However, if you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending classes for an extended period (e.g., medical reasons or relocation), please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.

  2. Private Sessions: Refunds for canceled private sessions may be issued at the discretion of management, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation and the timing of the request.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation (“no-show”) may result in forfeiture of the class credit or a penalty fee, depending on the circumstances. We kindly ask that you respect our instructors’ time and fellow practitioners by canceling any bookings you cannot attend.

Exceptions:

In cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy may be made at the discretion of management. We are committed to supporting our community members during challenging times and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
